    Booking confirmation is immediate. You will receive an instant confirmation email that gives you the details of your booking; this includes your booking confirmation number, which can also be seen in your GoWabi Profile under “My Profile”. You will also be able to see all the appointments you have made under this tab. If you have not received your booking confirmation email, please check your SPAM folder, if you still cannot find it, please contact us and we will re-send the confirmation to you.

    If you cannot get through, write to us at [email protected] or give us a call at 02 821 5950 from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. You can also add us on the LINE (Line id: @gowabi).

    In order to provide you with instant confirmation, amending confirmed booking is not possible. If you need to reschedule your appointment you may contact us through 02 821 5950 from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM and our Team will support you or contact the venue directly. You can also contact us through the Line application (Line ID: @gowabi).

    There’s a delay of system or calendar updating from shops, and this can lead to fully book issue.

It is depended on your payment type, if you 

  1. pay with Credit Card, Alipay or Rabbit LINE Pay, you will receive a confirmation instantly after you completed a payment. 
  2. pay with Internet Banking, you will receive a confirmation within 1 hour after you completed a payment. 
  3. pay with Bank Transfer, you will receive a confirmation within 24 hours after you completed a payment and sent a transfer slip to our customer service team via LINE (LINE account: @gowabi)
